Senior Data Consultant – Presales & Solution Architecture

About the role

The Specialist level is the highest technical delivery tier, typically requiring 8+ years of experience. You will lead pre‑sales and solution shaping, own end‑to‑end design, defend architecture, and drive delivery engagements including QA, risk escalation and client reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales activities, solution shaping, scoping and estimation for data and analytics projects.
• Design, defend and own end‑to‑end data solutions in architecture reviews.
• Act as technical lead on small to mid‑sized engagements, overseeing delivery, QA and risk management.
• Facilitate client workshops, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure governance, security, data quality and performance are embedded.
• Mentor junior and senior team members and contribute to the growth of the Data Practice.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in data consulting, solution architecture or a related senior data discipline.
• Proven presales and solution‑shaping experience with strong stakeholder management.
• Broad knowledge across data engineering, analytics engineering, BI and data science.
• Strong Microsoft platform expertise, especially Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform and Power BI.
• Experience delivering client‑facing consulting engagements and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
