About the role

Our client seeks a Senior AI Agent Engineer to create intelligent autonomous systems that boost enterprise productivity and enhance customer experiences. You will work on cutting‑edge agentic AI solutions that automate complex workflows and integrate tightly with enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents that automate business and engineering workflows.
• Build agentic applications capable of reasoning, planning, and tool utilisation.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Develop scalable orchestration and workflow automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Generative AI, software engineering, and platform teams.
• Monitor, optimise, and continuously improve agent performance.
• Contribute to AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience developing AI‑powered applications or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• API integration and cloud‑native application development.
• Modern AI frameworks and orchestration techniques.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
