Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to help define a brand‑new category in AI‑driven software testing. You will be the first voice technical buyers hear, shaping how they perceive the future of software quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel by building outbound prospecting from scratch, targeting CTOs and founders.
• Craft compelling outreach messages that cut through busy engineering inboxes.
• Qualify leads with strong judgment, ensuring only high‑fit opportunities reach the sales team.
• Provide feedback from conversations to refine the ideal customer profile and messaging weekly.
• Test and iterate on sequences, channels, hooks, and list sources to create a repeatable outbound engine.

Required profile

• High agency and ownership mindset; you build your own prospect lists.
• Exceptional writing ability to simplify complex ideas for technical audiences.
• Relentlessly curious about the product and industry, able to discuss it confidently in cold conversations.
