About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Senior HAUS Sales Consultant to join our brand‑new showroom in George. The role focuses on driving sales of luxury homeware, maintaining high visual standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Build long‑lasting relationships with customers and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain showroom standards, manage stock and oversee merchandising.
- Process orders and support the payment workflow.
- Assist external sales consultants and coordinate the showroom team.
- Handle heavy rugs and work every second Saturday as required.
Required profile
- National Senior Certificate and at least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury brand.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Experience using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system and conducting regular stock takes.
- Strong communication skills, professional appearance and self‑motivation.
