About the role
The Sales Representative will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth for the company. This full‑time position focuses on promoting products or services, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate products or services, prepare quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales and ensure profitability.
- Maintain accurate records in a CRM system and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification; further study in Sales, Marketing or Business is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
