Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

A private wealth club is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead membership growth, brand visibility, client engagement and sales performance for one of South Africa’s exclusive private wealth clubs. This role offers the chance to represent a luxury private members’ club and build relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, corporate executives, entrepreneurs and premium lifestyle partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team membership targets for Gold, Platinum and Corporate memberships.
• Identify, approach and convert high‑net‑worth individuals, executives and corporate clients while developing strong relationships with private bankers, wealth managers and luxury brands.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, digital campaigns, social media content and event promotions that reflect the club’s exclusive positioning.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with members, prospects and strategic partners, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activity, lead conversion, campaign performance and membership growth, presenting insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, luxury hospitality, private banking or premium client services.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a sales team in a target‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to sell premium products, memberships or services and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Strong network within corporate, luxury, financial or high‑net‑worth markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with a polished professional presence.
