Sales Apprentice Programme

About the role

The Sales Apprentice Programme offers unemployed graduates and early‑career professionals (18‑35) practical experience in sales, customer engagement and business development within Schneider Electric’s Home Solutions business. Participants combine structured learning with on‑the‑job activities to develop the skills needed for a successful commercial career.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new sales opportunities, conduct cold calls and build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Visit customers and channel partners, understand their needs and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Support sales activities by preparing quotations, tracking opportunities in CRM tools and following up on enquiries.
• Participate in structured sales training, complete learning assignments and apply new knowledge in the field.

Required profile

• Ambitious, energetic and motivated to achieve sales results.
• Comfortable initiating conversations, handling rejection positively and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong learning agility, customer focus and a passion for technology and energy‑management solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for opportunity tracking.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
