AC Sales Representative – Premium HVAC Brand

About the role

Are you a high‑performing HVAC sales professional with a proven ability to build channels, grow market share, and launch brands successfully? This position gives you full ownership of the Kwikool premium HVAC brand, backed by Haier Smart Home and the trusted legacy of Kwikot.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end brand launch and business growth for Kwikool across South Africa, developing market‑entry and go‑to‑market plans.
• Establish and expand a high‑performing dealer, distributor and installer network, creating incentive programmes and strengthening partner loyalty.
• Manage strategic retail accounts such as AC Direct and Hirsch’s, driving in‑store visibility, merchandising standards and sales activation.
• Coordinate forecasting, stock planning and order fulfilment with logistics and warehousing teams.
• Support product certification, compliance with South African HVAC standards and successful market introduction of new products.
• Work with service teams to deliver premium after‑sales service, resolve escalated issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in the South African HVAC industry, with a track record in sales, channel management or business development.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English and solid commercial acumen with analytical capability.
• Experience launching or growing a premium HVAC brand is highly advantageous.
