About the role
The upmarket restaurant in Fourways is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the entire operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, maintaining financial performance, and driving team excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation, ensuring smooth daily service.
- Manage cash‑up reconciliation, stock control, and opening & closing procedures.
- Lead, train and motivate staff while maintaining strong customer relations.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior manager or GM role.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills and a proven loyal work history.
- Strong operational and financial acumen, backed by solid references.
