Replenishment Planner

About the role

The Replenishment Planner ensures that the right stock is available in the right place at the right time across Vinimark's regional distribution network. This position sits at the intersection of demand, supply and logistics, requiring analytical thinking, decisive action and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and place regional orders on schedule, ensuring accuracy, correct quantities and adherence to lead times.
• Monitor stock levels across regional business units and trigger replenishment in line with agreed parameters and demand trends.
• Adjust order volumes proactively to minimise stock‑out and overstock risk.
• Maintain daily stock updates and provide clear inventory visibility across the network.
• Process purchase orders, stock adjustments and related system transactions accurately and timely.
• Coordinate import‑related stock planning and follow‑up where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve replenishment accuracy, reduce manual intervention and optimise the use of Syspro, Power BI and other planning tools.
• Compile and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, sales input and market trends.
• Support regional stock‑take processes, including preparation, execution, reconciliation and follow‑up.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with sales, brand, finance and logistics teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Syspro ERP system.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and analysis.
