Administrative & Logistics Coordinator – Bilingual (Afrikaans/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Afrikaans/English) Administrative & Logistics Coordinator to support our busy Strategic Business Unit in Stellenbosch. The role combines transport administration, contract management, invoicing and stock control within an agri‑trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport operations, including truck movement planning and stock delivery scheduling.
• Manage supplier, client and transporter contracts, negotiate rates and oversee GIT insurance onboarding.
• Process invoices, perform reconciliations and maintain Proof of Delivery documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients and transport partners on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate stock administration records and support weekly logistics reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent Afrikaans (home language) and English.
• 2–3 years of logistics or administrative experience, preferably in transport or supply‑chain settings.
• Own transport and ability to be reachable after regular working hours.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
