About the role
MJM Recruitment is advertising a Regional Human Resources Manager position based in Kokstad. The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective personnel service to the branches and regional management within the assigned regions.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure maximum utilisation of labour within budget guidelines.
- Ensure the sound application of industrial relations practices within the regions.
- Ensure sufficient staff at all levels who are adequately trained to meet required competency levels.
- Ensure the availability of staff as determined by sales demands.
- Ensure that the required standards of personnel administration are complied with.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Personnel Management or Labour Legislation.
- 3 to 5 years of generalist HR experience.
- 1 year of HR experience within a retail environment.
The salary is described as highly negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
