About the role
The Receiving / Dispatch Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods are accurately recorded and matched to purchase orders and invoices. This role involves verifying stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key responsibilities
- Use the corresponding Purchase Order to match the correct invoice.
- Reconcile stock quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies found during reconciliation.
