Project Manager (Residential)

About the role

We are urgently seeking experienced Project Managers to lead high‑volume residential sites for a leading housebuilder based in Kent. The role involves overseeing large developments of 300‑400 homes and delivering exceptional quality.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for all site activity, including design, health and safety, quality and commercial elements.
• Manage delivery teams efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship on both traditional and timber‑frame housing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Recent, relevant experience on high‑volume residential projects.
• Background with major housebuilders delivering traditional and timber‑frame homes.
• Proven ability to manage large site teams and deliver quality outcomes.

Required skills

• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card.
• First Aid certification.
