Construction Planner – Maidstone

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Planner to join our client’s team in Maidstone. The role supports the Construction Department and collaborates with Development, Technical, Finance and Commercial teams across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a planning system used by the Construction department and the wider business.
• Prepare and revise construction and pre‑construction programmes.
• Create construction logistics plans, visual time slices and tender presentations from a planning perspective.
• Produce 3D models and assist with the preparation of Construction and Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs).
• Generate progress reporting schedules in Excel and update monthly progress reports.
• Maintain programme issue records, ensure correct filing and distribution of up‑to‑date programmes and logistics.
• Collect site feedback on programme accuracy and visit sites to verify progress and broaden construction methodology knowledge.

Required profile

• Experience supporting construction projects and interacting with multiple internal departments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse programme data and incorporate site feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
