Construction Planner – Maidstone

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Planner to join our client’s team in Maidstone. You will support the Construction Department and collaborate with Development, Technical, Finance and Commercial teams throughout all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a planning system used across the construction department and wider business.
• Prepare and revise construction and pre‑construction programmes.
• Create construction logistics plans, visual time slices and tender presentations.
• Assist in producing 3D models and Construction & Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs).
• Generate progress reporting schedules in Excel and update monthly progress reports.
• Maintain programme issue records, ensure correct filing and distribution of up‑to‑date programmes.
• Collect site feedback on programme accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
• Visit sites to broaden knowledge of construction methodology, verify progress and ensure compliance with building standards.

Required profile

• Strong ability to develop and maintain planning tools.
• Experience supporting construction projects across multiple departments.
• Proactive in gathering site feedback and improving planning processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
