Project Manager – International Business Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional international business systems projects at McGraw Hill. The role is remote and supports core functions such as Concept to Production, Order to Cash, Rights & Royalties and Finance, using both Agile and Waterfall approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and post‑implementation review.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines in partnership with stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication across departments to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating outcomes and applying lessons learned.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to optimise workflows and reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience with ERP or business‑process focus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, especially with non‑native English speakers.
