Production & Design Integration Architect

About the role

Noctus Engineering Architects is seeking a Production & Design Integration Architect to join its Paarl office. You will work directly with the principal on technically complex, high‑risk projects across aviation, institutional, mining/industrial and premium residential typologies, ensuring design intent is translated into buildable documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and manage full Revit documentation packages for live international projects.
• Develop construction details in line with applicable standards (SANS 10400, BS EN, NBR, NHBRC).
• Write and maintain specifications, coordinating with structural, M&E and civil disciplines.
• Support contract administration under JBCC, NEC or FIDIC frameworks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary drawing packages and assist with document control.
• Travel internationally with the principal as required; a current passport is mandatory.

Required profile

• B.Arch, M.Arch or B.Tech Architecture graduate.
• SACAP registration or candidate architect in good standing.
• 2–4 years post‑qualification experience with a verifiable production record.
• Demonstrated Revit proficiency showcased in a portfolio.
• Working knowledge of South African and international building standards and approval processes.
• Ability to work independently and identify problems early.
