About the role
The POS Driver is responsible for delivering products to retail points of sale while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves managing vehicle upkeep, meeting delivery targets, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Administer daily delivery schedules and documentation.
- Achieve delivery targets within agreed timeframes.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients and store managers, to coordinate deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any faults to the manager.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Grade 12/NQF level 4 qualification.
- Professional attitude with strong time‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
