Order Processing & Debtors Administrator

About the role

Join an established business in Hennopspark, Centurion where accurate order processing, reliable customer service and strong administration keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with production and warehousing to confirm stock and manage fulfilment.
• Prepare invoices and handle day‑to‑day debtors administration.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Maintain accurate order and customer account records.
• Keep internal teams updated on order progress, delays and issues.
• Respond to customer order queries and escalate commercial matters where required.
• Assist with light stock oversight, including flagging low consumables.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in order processing, sales administration, debtors or a similar role.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and follow‑through skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Initiative, strong work ethic and bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

Required skills

• Xero (experience preferred).
• Unleashed (experience preferred).
