Oral Hygienist

About the role

We are recruiting a qualified Oral Hygienist to join our dental division. The successful candidate will provide oral hygiene assessments, cleanings, and preventative care while supporting our commitment to diversity and inclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct oral hygiene assessments, cleanings, and preventative care.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventative care strategies.
• Work closely with dentists and other oral health professionals.
• Maintain accurate dental records and comply with Mediwell protocols.

Required profile

• Qualification as an Oral Hygienist.
• Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
• Fluency in both English and Afrikaans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental and healthcare team.
