Resident Clinical Dermatologist

About the role

Mediwell is a multidisciplinary medical and dental centre in Fourways, offering premium healthcare to a diverse client base. We are expanding our team to include a Resident Clinical Dermatologist who will also play a role in Mediwell’s growing research and aesthetics divisions. The successful candidate will provide clinical dermatology services and participate in research studies and the aesthetic & anti‑ageing team when required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical dermatology consultations, diagnostics, and treatment.
• Participate in Mediwell’s dermatology research projects.
• Contribute to Mediwell’s aesthetics and anti‑ageing services when required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Required profile

• Specialist qualification in Dermatology.
• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
• Strong interest in clinical research and aesthetic medicine (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
