About the role
The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will coordinate and control activities required to maintain compliance with the Performance Monitoring and Evaluation cycle. This includes scheduling appointments with organisations, directorates and divisional leadership to ensure effective performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Apply framework guidelines to assess compliance requirements for the monitoring and evaluation phases of the performance management cycle.
- Control applications related to scheduling and prepare information for Performance Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Conduct interim analysis and prepare statistical summaries for organisational directorates or individual performance assessments.
- Provide information and guidelines on Performance Management Monitoring and Evaluation information‑management procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Public Management, Social Sciences, Finance or a related field.
- Valid motor vehicle driving licence.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Performance Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Computer literacy.
