Internal Technical & Production Specialist

About the role

SAOTA is seeking an Internal Technical & Production Specialist to support the delivery of high‑quality, design‑led architecture projects worldwide. The role blends project‑based technical expertise with system improvement, mentorship, and cross‑disciplinary coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams (structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, etc.) to ensure timely, high‑quality design deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with external consultants, contractors, architects of record, and clients.
• Provide technical solutions from concept design through construction, producing accurate drawings, 3D models, renders, and technical packages.
• Implement and maintain internal technical systems, tools, and workflows to streamline project delivery.
• Uphold SAOTA’s standards, document management protocols, and quality‑assurance processes.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years on multidisciplinary projects.
• Mid‑senior level with strong leadership and communication abilities.
