Liberty is seeking a seasoned Integrated Marketing Specialist to join its team in Johannesburg on a part-time contracting basis. The role covers the strategic implementation and execution of marketing and communication campaigns, aiming for a unified brand presence across all touchpoints with a consistent message to target audiences. It sits within a business unit or country segment and follows Liberty's group-wide standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communication (IMC) strategies tailored to specific market segments or product lines.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns from conception to completion, aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate marketing across digital, direct and advertising platforms to create a unified customer experience.
• Maintain a consistent brand message across all communications.
• Use data and insights to monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns successfully.
• Contribute to new marketing approaches and foster a culture of marketing excellence.

Required profile

• First-degree qualification in Business Commerce or Marketing.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in integrated marketing, with a track record of campaign delivery across diverse channels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Confidence, commitment to developing expertise, adaptability to change, creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
