About the role

The store is a revolutionary gourmet hybrid concept that blends a high‑end deli, supermarket and artisanal takeaway. As General Manager you will be the senior operational leader responsible for overall performance, culture, profitability and brand execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across all departments, ensuring staffing, standards and customer experience are consistently high.
• Own commercial and financial results: meet sales targets, control labour, waste and expenses, manage inventory and stock losses.
• Analyse trading patterns and customer behaviour to drive revenue growth through merchandising, promotions and product availability.
• Develop and mentor managers and staff, foster a culture of accountability and professionalism, and build succession plans.

Required profile

• Proven senior operational leadership in a multi‑department retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, KPIs and budgeting.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Demonstrated people‑development skills and a track record of building high‑performing teams.
