Full-Cycle Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

The Global Talent Co. is a recruitment partner that helps growing companies find and hire talent, running full-cycle recruitment from kickoff through offer and placement. It is looking for a full-time, individual contributor Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles, from client and stakeholder management through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and placement. The role is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end to end, from client kickoff calls and role scoping through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation and placement.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong working relationships throughout the search.
• Lead kickoff calls to align clients on role requirements, hiring criteria, process and timelines.
• Sourcing, screening and assessing candidates using traditional methods and AI-enabled tools.
• Manage candidate pipelines and communication, keeping clients and candidates informed at every stage.
• Negotiate offers and manage them through to signed offer and placement.
• Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks or opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS and other recruitment systems.

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including full-cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrated experience managing the whole recruitment process, from client-facing kickoff calls to offer and placement.
• High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills with clients and candidates.
• Self-motivated and organised, able to manage a remote workload independently.
• Comfortable working across time zones with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing and screening.
• Nice to have: experience recruiting in tech and sales, familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g. Ashby) and recruitment CRM tools, and prior agency or staffing experience.
