Finance & Insurance Manager – Automotive Dealership

About the role

Our client, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking a results‑driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the sale of finance and insurance products at their Mokopane location. You will combine financial expertise with sales acumen to maximise profitability while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic sales of finance and insurance products, consistently exceeding targets.
• Maintain strict compliance with all legal and financial regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance providers, and internal teams.
• Provide tailored financial product advice aligned with customer needs.
• Process applications efficiently and accurately to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Contribute to overall dealership profitability through proactive sales initiatives.

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate.
• NQF Level 4 in Retail or Short‑Term Insurance with at least 120 FAIS credits.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Valid RE and NCA accreditations, up‑to‑date CPD hours, and proof of completed COS training.
• Comprehensive understanding of vehicle legislation, trade practices, and dealership operations.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
