DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation Specialist

About the role

Calling all DevOps Engineers! A leading fintech is seeking a cloud and automation specialist to scale and optimise mission‑critical platforms in a high‑growth environment. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies to improve platform reliability, performance and developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines on AWS.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate deployments with Docker, Kubernetes and Argo CD.
• Drive cloud security, monitoring and observability initiatives using Prometheus, Grafana and ELK/Loki.
• Support disaster recovery, redundancy and platform resilience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security and Architecture teams to improve reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• 7+ years’ experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure or Systems Engineering.
• Strong AWS experience and Linux administration.
• Proven expertise with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and Argo CD.
• Hands‑on CI/CD experience using GitLab, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash or Ruby.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Loki.
• Relevant IT degree or diploma and cloud/DevOps certifications are advantageous.

What we offer
