Data Analyst – Procurement & Real Estate

About the role

The Data Analyst will support TMF Group’s procurement and real‑estate functions by turning large data sets into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. The role combines analytical work on spend data with ownership of global office occupancy reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, manipulate and process TMF Spend data for global markets and present concise overviews to senior stakeholders.
• Provide data‑driven insights that influence vendor selection and cost‑saving strategies.
• Lead market‑centric procurement initiatives to identify savings and support direct vendor negotiations.
• Automate monthly office utilisation data collection and deliver clear occupancy insights.
• Maintain real‑estate portfolio data for 140+ offices on a Power BI platform with real‑time updates.
• Ensure lease tracker data is automatically updated and manage Savings & CapEx trackers for RE projects.
• Support development of real‑estate strategies, business case narratives, financial analyses and presentation materials (e.g., Greenlight PPT).
• Coordinate with market management, legal, IT, finance and external suppliers during lease negotiations and renewals.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and automation.

Required profile

• Experience managing and analysing global office occupancy and procurement data.
• Strong understanding of corporate real‑estate operations and lease management.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Exposure to global operations and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Power BI for dashboards and real‑time reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with lease‑management tools.
