Solution Architect (Cards & Payments)

About the role

Synechron is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of cards and payments platforms. The role involves translating business ideas into robust technical solutions while staying current with industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute software systems that meet business needs.
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to the IT team.
• Identify and improve process and system architecture gaps.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes for high‑quality product platforms.
• Collaborate with product teams to turn concepts into technical implementations.

Required profile

• 10 + years of software development experience, preferably in large‑scale or e‑commerce projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel, Lumen), Java, GoLang or Python.
• Experience with queuing technologies such as RabbitMQ or AWS SQS.
• Knowledge of caching solutions like Redis.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and Web API integration.
• Solid grasp of design patterns and architectural styles.
