Client Operational Enablement Manager

About the role

The Client Operational Enablement Manager will lead workforce operations across multiple client sites, ensuring staffing levels, productivity and compliance meet contractual obligations. This hands‑on role combines operational excellence, labour relations and client management in a fast‑paced, labour‑intensive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure client sites are fully staffed according to contractual requirements.
• Manage workforce attendance, performance and productivity.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, PPE distribution and incident reporting.
• Monitor site costs, operational efficiencies and service delivery standards.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and meet operational deadlines.
• Lead disciplinary investigations, hearings and maintain constructive union relationships.
• Prepare and support CCMA matters and ensure compliance with labour legislation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Deliver monthly operational and performance dashboards.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Manage operational budgets and analyse financial performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations, Site or Key Accounts Manager in a labour‑intensive setting.
• Strong background in industrial relations, employee‑labour relations and client management.
• Ability to manage large workforces, attendance systems and health‑safety protocols.
• Experience handling disciplinary processes, CCMA matters and union negotiations.
• Solid financial acumen to manage budgets, analyse costs and drive profitability.
