Recruiting Specialist – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support a leading U.S.-based ABA therapy services provider. The role is fully remote, works EST hours, and focuses on sourcing and placing qualified ABA professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment of ABA therapists, RBTs, BTs, BCBAs and related professionals.
• Source candidates via Indeed, job boards and proactive outreach.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews and assess candidates’ experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA therapy.
• Coordinate interviews with clinical leadership and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
• Keep candidate data up‑to‑date in the ATS and monitor pipelines to meet hiring deadlines.
• Support onboarding and integration of new hires in collaboration with operations and clinical teams.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional English communication with a friendly phone demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online recruitment platforms and job boards such as Indeed.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tools like ClickUp, Calendly, Apploi or TextExpander.
• Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
