Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Human Resources Manager to join our HR team in Johannesburg. The role will support the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring compliance with South African legislation while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job ads, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Provide HR guidance on employee relations, disciplinary hearings, grievance handling and CCMA matters.
• Oversee HR administration such as onboarding, induction, termination processes and maintenance of personnel files.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and South African employment laws (OHSA, EEA, BCEA, LRA).
• Support training and development initiatives and maintain related records.

Required profile

• Grade 12 with a relevant HR qualification.
• 2–3 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in South Africa.
• Strong knowledge of South African employment legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
