About the role
The Conscious Kitchen on Kloof Street in Cape Town is looking for a passionate and reliable barman to join its FOH and BOH team. The position requires extensive wine knowledge, and candidates must be based in Cape Town and able to reach Kloof Street reliably.
Required profile
- Extensive knowledge of local and international wines, cocktails and bar management; WSET or similar is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to work flexible hours between 07:00 and 23:00, including public holidays, weekends and Sundays.
- Well-presented, punctual and team-oriented.
