Account Developer

About the role

As an Account Developer you will own a sales territory, work directly with customers and drive growth for Coca‑Cola’s ready‑to‑drink portfolio across South Africa. The role is designed to develop future sales leaders through hands‑on experience, structured learning and exposure to digital sales tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined customer portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Execute frontline sales activities, including product presentations, promotions and order management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Report on sales performance, forecast demand and contribute to business planning.
