Sales Executive - Office Automation and Business Solutions - Cape Town

About the role

Our client, a leader in the Business Solutions sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales of office automation and related products in Cape Town. The role involves targeting new and existing customers across education, government, healthcare and corporate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a daily sales schedule to call on existing and potential partners.
• Submit orders using price lists and product literature, and compile professional quotations and proposals.
• Monitor competition, gather market information and recommend product or policy changes.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions and reporting to management.
• Maintain records of area and customer sales, and provide regular activity and results reports.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of outbound business development or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Willingness to travel across provinces as needed.

What we offer
