About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR 1) will drive growth by increasing sales volume, market share and competitiveness for SAB products within a defined territory. You will work closely with distributors and retail outlets to ensure product availability and optimal placement.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Manage and supervise distributors, handling orders, payments and re‑distribution.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of IB products across customers and retail outlets.
  • Ensure chillers are correctly positioned and used exclusively for IBPLC products.
  • Monitor and enforce recommended retail pricing.
  • Track competitor activities and respond with appropriate actions.

Required profile

  • Three‑year degree qualification.
  • Minimum two years experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environment.
  • Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
  • Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area.
  • Excellent administration skills.
