Business Development Representative (BDR 1)

About the role
The Business Development Representative (BDR 1) will drive growth by increasing sales volume, market share and competitiveness for SAB products within a defined territory. You will work closely with distributors and retail outlets to ensure product availability and optimal placement.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
- Manage and supervise distributors, handling orders, payments and re‑distribution.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of IB products across customers and retail outlets.
- Ensure chillers are correctly positioned and used exclusively for IBPLC products.
- Monitor and enforce recommended retail pricing.
- Track competitor activities and respond with appropriate actions.
Required profile
- Three‑year degree qualification.
- Minimum two years experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environment.
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of the local area.
- Excellent administration skills.
