Telesales Consultant

About the role

Affinity Health is seeking energetic and results‑driven Telesales Consultants to promote its range of insurance products. You will work from our Johannesburg office, contacting prospective clients and guiding them through the benefits of funeral plans, life cover, and medical insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales for insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide clear information about product features, pricing and terms.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Matriculation (high school diploma) completed.
• At least 12 months of proven telesales experience.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
