About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Travel Coordinator to manage all aspects of business travel for our fully remote organisation. You will ensure smooth travel experiences for employees while optimising costs and adhering to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Research, book and manage flights, accommodation, car hire and transfers for business trips.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and verify that all travel documentation is complete.
- Monitor travel budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities and report expenditure.
- Handle last‑minute changes, cancellations and travel disruptions efficiently.
- Maintain relationships with travel vendors, airlines and hotel partners.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and approval processes.
- Keep accurate records of bookings and travel spend.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in travel coordination or corporate travel management.
- Proficiency with travel booking platforms such as Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre or comparable online tools.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and capacity to work under time pressure.
- Self‑sufficient in a fully remote working environment.
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred.
