About the role
We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support US‑based long‑term care and skilled nursing facilities. The role is fully remote and operates on EST business hours, providing procurement oversight, purchase order processing, and equipment rental management.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and review purchase orders from healthcare facilities, ensuring budget compliance, availability, and alignment with purchasing trends before processing.
- Manage tickets for non‑catalogue items by communicating with facilities, sourcing products, obtaining approvals, and completing purchases.
- Monitor equipment rentals, track usage, maintain minimum rental levels, and coordinate timely returns.
- Process electronic invoices, match them to purchase orders, sync with accounting software, and resolve any discrepancies.
Required profile
- Knowledge of purchasing or procurement processes.
- Exposure to long‑term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Comfortable navigating systems and software.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook, with strong Excel skills.
