Remote Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of our logistics operations remotely. The role involves coordinating shipments, liaising with suppliers and freight partners, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and suppliers to manage logistics schedules.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documentation, and compliance paperwork.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with procurement.
• Prepare logistics reports and analyse performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics or ERP software.
