About the role
Join Unbridaled Al, an AI‑driven diamond marketplace, as a Telesales Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for expanding the platform’s customer base within the jewelry and diamond industry by acquiring and onboarding new users.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers such as retail jewelers, designers, and manufacturers.
- Conduct cold‑calling outreach and travel to meet prospects in person.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert users onto the marketplace.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, negotiations, and closures using the company CRM.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision‑makers and act as a brand ambassador.
- Provide regular sales activity reports and use data‑driven insights to refine tactics.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
- Fluent, well‑spoken English.
- Understanding of the diamond market is a plus.
- Existing professional network of diamond retailers is advantageous.
