About the role

Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You will leverage your professional network to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR and recruiting professionals, helping them improve hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Introduce Flowmingo to HR, recruiting, and decision‑making contacts in your network.
Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
Gather and relay user feedback to support product improvements.
Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
Active, well‑maintained network of HR and recruiting contacts.
Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
