About the role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Resourcer to join AES Global’s Cape Town office. The role is focused on sourcing and engaging high‑quality candidates across technology, finance, digital and sales functions, working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑driven sourcing tools and internal candidate databases.
- Run outreach campaigns and nurture passive candidates to build robust talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline status.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
- Confident communicator with a clear, engaging outreach style.
- High energy, fast‑paced work ethic and genuine curiosity about matching people to roles.
