About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be the bridge between top talent and our client organisations in Pretoria. You will work closely with both candidates and businesses to ensure the right fit, while driving revenue for the agency.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
- Source, screen and match high‑quality candidates to open positions.
- Conduct proactive cold‑calling campaigns to generate new business.
- Provide career coaching and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Create compelling job advertisements and manage the end‑to‑end placement cycle.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
- Proven sourcing and cold‑calling abilities.
- Experience using Placement Partner or similar recruitment platforms.
- Target‑driven, organised and confident communicator.
- Degree or honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing or Business.
Required skills
- Talent sourcing and market research.
- Cold‑calling and lead generation.
- Client relationship management.
- Candidate coaching and interview preparation.
- Job advertisement creation and posting.
