Remote ABA Therapy Recruiter (US Healthcare, EST Hours)

About the role

ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a remote Recruiter to support a US‑based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. You will fill new therapy cases within 24‑48 hours, working EST hours from South Africa. The role involves full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and hand‑off.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond promptly to candidate applications on Indeed.
• Conduct screening and placement interviews for ABA therapist roles.
• Fill new therapy cases within 24‑48 hours of receipt.
• Send onboarding documentation and ensure timely return.
• Coordinate background checks and compliance requirements.
• Hand completed cases to the onshore staffing department with all relevant information.
• Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn to maintain a talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in ClickUp, Viventium, and Microsoft Teams.
• Communicate professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Highly organised, communicative and able to thrive under pressure.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM EST (including South African and US public holidays).
• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a backup power solution.

Required skills

• Experience using Indeed for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Viventium and Microsoft Teams.
