About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and placing top talent for a range of client organisations. The role combines relationship building, talent sourcing and career coaching to deliver successful placements.
Key responsibilities
- Build and grow long‑term client relationships.
- Source, screen and match candidates to client requirements.
- Conduct high‑volume cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide candidates with personalised career advice and coaching.
- Create compelling job advertisements and drive placements through effective posting.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
- Strong sourcing and cold‑calling abilities.
- Experience using the Placement Partner platform.
- Target‑driven, organised and confident communicator.
- Degree or honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing or Business.
