About the role

Join Network Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant and help leading South African businesses fill critical talent gaps. You will work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment where business development and relationship management are key to success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from prospecting new clients to post‑placement follow‑up.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within your specialised market.
• Build and maintain long‑term client partnerships, advising on hiring trends, talent mapping and salary insights.
• Source candidates through headhunting, networking, referrals and database searches.
• Conduct interviews, assessments and suitability evaluations.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate the recruitment process between clients and candidates.
• Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, reporting and CRM updates.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or specialist environment.
• Proven track record in business development and client retention.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• High resilience, motivation and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
